Introduction

The SWOT analysis is an extremely useful tool for understanding and decision-making for all sorts of situations in and out of business. The SWOT analysis provides a framework for reviewing the strategy, position and direction of what you are applying it to. By looking at yourself and your competitors using the SWOT framework, you can start to craft a strategy that helps you distinguish yourself from your competitors, so that you can compete successfully in your market.
